From the mountains of Appalachia, to the flowing plains of Western, Kentucky, to the verdant and inspiring land in between, the throughline has always been KET and how it has touched the lives of every single person in our state. The Farmer & The Foodie is just one example of how KET seeks to represent every person and every story our state has to share.
Pasta making is one of several tried and true cooking techniques I can find solace and stability in when the world around me is less than such, second only perhaps to homemade ice cream!
